Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours' notice for a cancellation or a rescheduling. Clients that fail to do so will result in a fee of 50% your service total. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you forfeit your appointment slot and will also be charged a no-show fee. There are no refunds on any services.
